The Whiteland Woods Community Association Website is currently undergoing maintenance. During this time the site may have limited functionality and the processing of User Registration requests will likely be delayed.

The email you received on Saturday, May 16th, 2026 from noreply@whitelandwoods.us was an official email.

The website was not hacked. No personal information was disclosed. No web content such as Clubhouse reservations or ARC requests were affected.

Performing maintenance on the user database of the community website required temporarily turning off the accounts and asking users to update their account profiles.

Updating User Account Access

Instructions to reactive your account:

Login to your account
At the top of the home page there are drop down menus
Select: Residents
Select: Update Profile (at the bottom of the menu)
On the Your Profile page click the link Renew Your Membership
Fill in all the required information
Press Save at the bottom of the form
